The risks of storage
Static tyres, in contact with the ground for extended periods lose moisture, leading to cracking and deformation, which can in turn significantly impact the performance and safety of the tyres.
The TyreDox smart curved design and integrated cushioning, provided by the unique recycled rubber composition, supports the contour of the tyre to increase the contact area, spreading the weight more evenly to reduce the risk of flat spotting and ovalisation.
By using TyreDox, the need to move vehicles on a regular basis as a preventative action is avoided too.
TyreDox also enables vehicles to be stored without engaging the handbrake avoiding stretched cables and damaged linkages.
